With over ten years experience in software and database development, Kimberly brings a solid technical background to The Cydio Group. As a Software Developer, Database Developer, Lead Database Developer, Database Architect, and Data Services Manager, Kimberly has worked in a variety of industries such as Real Estate Development, Property Management, Education, Healthcare, Legal Services, Construction, Finance and Student Loan.
Kimberly holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. She has also earned Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification.
Through Kimberly’s experience as an IT hiring manager, she understood the need for an IT recruiting company that would know IT. With this knowledge, a staffing company would offer only well qualified and well suited candidates for technical positions, performing technical interviews and screens before the candidate would ever be submitted for a position. Saving other IT hiring managers time, effort, and headaches would soon be her mission with The Cydio Group.
Kimberly’s experience as both a developer and IT manager allow her to understand the needs of the IT candidate as well as the hiring manager.
Curt has been working in information technology for over ten years. In the past ten years, Curt has served in roles such as IT Manager, Lead Developer, Manager of Software Development, and other roles in technology development. Through his roles in IT, he has worked with companies providing such services as telecommunications, computer hardware, educational software, educational finance, student loans, healthcare, and marketing.
He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) holding a BS in Information Technology/Computer Science with a minor in International Relations. Curt has also achieved certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Oracle Certified Database Administrator (OCDBA).
Curt believes that his success in information technology and experience with business ownership are paired perfectly to serve as a partner of The Cydio Group. After working with IT talent across the country for almost a decade, he felt the job of IT staffing could be improved. Curt decided it was time to serve IT hiring managers with a company that can understand their technical needs and in turn provide the perfect candidate the first time.
